Position Overview

Responsible for security andoperations (storage/retrieval) of the vaults as per risk/operations checklist

Main Responsibilities

OPERATIONAL

Strictly adhere to checklists, systems and processes established for the vault function and security
Carry out daily vault activities with support from senior vault officer; consult with senior vault officer and report to branch manager in case of any anomalies related to vault operations or security
Ensure that operations team present proper documents for cash storage/ retrieval
Keep and update all vault related documents correctly and timely
Coordinate with internal and external audit teams for vault audits
Liaise with other departments as appropriate, to resolve issues and maintain service

Job Requirements & Qualification

QUALIFICATION

Diploma - Any specialization

EXPERIENCE

1+ years of relevant experience
