This is a permanent, full-time position operating on a day shift, requiring a commitment to working from our office and in the field. We are looking for candidates with 0.5 to 5.0 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding of collection andrecovery processes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is comfortable engaging directly with clientsto facilitate amicable resolutions. The annual salary for this position ranges from INR 144,000 to INR 216,000, commensurate with experience and demonstrated capabilities.
The core responsibilities of the RecoveryOfficer will involve extensive field collection activities, requiring you to visit customers at their specified locations to collect overdue payments. You will be responsible for engaging in professional customer interaction, understanding their financial situations, and skillfully negotiating payment plans or settlements that align withcompany policies and regulatory guidelines. A key aspect of your role will be to meticulously follow established collection processes and recovery processes, ensuring all actions are compliant and ethical. This includes accurately documenting all interactions and transactions, updating customer records, and preparing regularreports on collection status and progress. You will also be expected to proficiently handle smartphones and utilize mobile applications for real-time tracking of collections, route optimization, and reporting, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in your daily tasks. Furthermore, applying strongproblem-solving skills will be essential to address customer queries, resolve disputes, and overcome challenges that may arise during the recovery process, always striving for a positive outcome for both the customer and the company. Meeting assigned collection targets and contributing to theoverall reduction of non-performing assets will be a primary measure of success in this role.

Requirements
