Your primary responsibilities will involve extensive field engagement, operating from our office base to serve our customer network. A significant part of your day will be dedicated to customer acquisition and business sourcing, identifyingpotential clients and introducing them to Namra Finance Ltd.'s range of financial products. You will be responsible for conducting thorough KYC verification processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all client documentation. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in the entireloan lifecycle, from facilitating loan disbursement to diligently managing loan collection activities, ensuring timely repayments and maintaining healthy portfolio performance. This includes regular follow-ups, addressing customer queries, and providing support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our clients, all while meticulously maintaining records and utilizing mobile applications for efficient data management and reporting.

Namra Finance Ltd. offers a competitive annual salary ranging from INR 144,000 to INR 216,000, commensurate with your experience and skills.
