As a Recovery Officer, your day-to-day responsibilities will primarily involve field collection activities, requiring you to visit customersto discuss outstanding payments and facilitate timely recoveries. You will engage in respectful and constructive customer interaction, understanding their situations and negotiating feasible repayment plans that align with company policies. This role demands a proactive approach to managing a portfolio of accounts, meticulously followingestablished collection and recovery processes to ensure compliance and efficiency. You will be responsible for accurately documenting all interactions and transactions using company-provided mobile applications on your smartphone, ensuring real-time updates and data integrity. This full-time positionoffers a competitive annual salary ranging from INR 144,000 to 216,000, along with the stability of a permanent role and a consistent day shift schedule.
