As a Field Officer, your primary responsibilities will involve actively engaging with thecommunity to drive customer acquisition and business sourcing for our diverse range of financial products. You will be responsible for conducting thorough KYC verification processes to ensure compliance and security, meticulously collecting necessary documentation from applicants. A crucial part of your role will be facilitatingthe smooth and efficient loan disbursement process, guiding customers through each step. Furthermore, you will manage loan collection activities, ensuring timely repayments and providing support to customers regarding their financial commitments. This role demands excellent communication skills to clearly explain product features andterms, alongside strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients. You will regularly utilize smartphone usage and handle mobile applications for data entry, transaction processing, and real-time reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all field operations. Yourability to build rapport and trust will be key to fostering long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities, coupled with proficiency in smartphone usage and mobile application handling. Aproactive attitude towards customer service and a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned field area are essential. While prior experience in finance is beneficial, candidates with a strong aptitude for learning and a commitment to serving customers are highly encouraged to apply.
