Recovery Officer

Namra Finance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Recovery Officer to join our team in Samastipur, Bihar, India. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a commitment to working from our office during day shift hours. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in managing and recovering outstanding dues, contributing directly to the financial healthand stability of the company while maintaining positive customer relationships.

We are looking for candidates with 0.5 to 5.0 years of relevant experience in collections or recovery. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enablingeffective customer interaction and problem-solving. Strong negotiation skills are paramount for success in this role, alongside a solid understanding of field collection and recovery processes. Proficiency in smartphone handling and mobile app usage for efficient data management and reporting is essential. Wevalue individuals who are proactive, empathetic, and capable of navigating challenging situations with professionalism and integrity.

In this dynamic role, you will be primarily responsible for conducting field visits to engage directly with customers regarding their outstanding accounts. You will effectively communicaterepayment options, negotiate feasible payment plans, and facilitate the collection of overdue amounts in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. A significant part of your day will involve utilizing our dedicated mobile application to accurately document all customer interactions, update account statuses, and track collectionprogress. You will be expected to identify and address customer concerns, providing clear explanations and working towards mutually agreeable solutions. Adherence to established collection and recovery processes is critical, ensuring all activities are conducted ethically and efficiently. Furthermore, you will collaboratewith internal teams to escalate complex cases and contribute to continuous improvement in our recovery strategies.

Namra Finance Ltd. offers a competitive annual salary ranging from INR 144,000 to 216,000, commensurate with your experience and skills.
