MARGADARSI CHITS KARNATAKA PVT. LTD. is seeking dedicated and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Recoveries / Collections professionals. This is a permanent, full-time position based in our BANGALORE, KARNATAKA office, operating on a dayshift schedule. As a vital part of our financial operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the company by managing and recovering outstanding payments, contributing directly to our continued growth and success within the chit funds and financial servicessector. We are looking to fill 30 immediate openings with talented individuals ready to make an impact.

We are looking for candidates with up to 6.0 years of experience in recoveries, collections, or a related field within financialinstitutions or NBFCs. Successful applicants will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a proven ability to achieve targets, and a customer-centric approach to relationship management. A valid Two Wheeler Driving License is a mandatory requirement for this role, enabling necessaryfield visits. We offer a competitive annual salary starting from INR 19,000, commensurate with experience and performance, along with opportunities for professional development in a supportive work environment.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for proactivelyreaching out to customers with overdue accounts through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and potentially field visits, to facilitate timely payments. You will skillfully negotiate repayment schedules and solutions that are mutually beneficial, while adhering to company policies and regulatoryguidelines for ethical collection practices. Maintaining meticulous records of all interactions, payment agreements, and collection activities within the company's systems will be crucial, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their financial situations andoffering empathetic support to resolve outstanding balances. Consistently following up on promised payments and agreed-upon arrangements will be key to ensuring commitments are met and escalating complex cases when necessary. You will work diligently towards achieving individual and team collection targets, contributing directly to thefinancial health and stability of the organization. Furthermore, you will collaborate effectively with internal departments, such as customer service and legal teams, to resolve disputes and streamline the recovery process. Providing clear and concise communication regarding payment options, terms, and consequences ofnon-payment, always upholding a professional and respectful demeanor, is paramount.
