co-ordination and rollout of the Ennovi\nsafe launch system in production site. The role involves coordinating with the\nAPQP/ NPI process, ensuring smooth rollout of the system. This role will\ncollaborate with a cross-functional team and provide necessary support from\noperations to ensure successful Project NPI / system deployment. SPOC for the\nNPI for all plant related functional tasks and supporting Project ManagerMain Responsibilities1.Represent the Operations function\nin the NPI development from GR0 to GR7 2.Interface between different\ndepartments within plant (NPI tool Development, Manufacturing Engineering, SCM,\nPlant

quality ) and Project Manager to coordinate all activities around the SOP\nof a new product3.Establish and maintain tracking /\nKPI system on safe launch process including meeting exit criteria.4.Ensure Operations Gate reviews are\ncompleted on-time for all NPIs and share the documentation with Project Manager5.Turntable-function which has to gather, to analyse and to filter information and\nwhich has to dispense the results of the\nanalysis and examinations to the diverse departments and functions6.Planning and implementation of new\nprocesses and products inclusive the complete documentation of all important\nand necessary
