This is a permanent, full-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being based out of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and fostering strong relationships. This position is ideal for professionals with 1.0 to 3.0 years of relevant experience who are eager to make a significant impact. The role operates on a standard shift from 9 AM to 6 PM, ensuring aconsistent work-life balance. We offer a competitive salary range of INR 252,000 to 300,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and proven ability to contribute to our success.Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a comprehensive approach to sales and client acquisition. You will actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting and engaging in proactive cold callingto generate qualified leads. A significant part of your role will be to effectively communicate the value proposition of our diverse service offerings, including Digital Marketing Sales, Website Development Sales, and Consulting Sales, tailoring presentations to meet specific client needs. You willbe responsible for managing the entire sales pipeline, from initial contact to successful closure, meticulously tracking interactions and progress within Zoho CRM. Demonstrating strong negotiation skills will be paramount as you work towards securing new contracts and achieving ambitious sales targets. Furthermore, you will continuously refine and implement effective sales processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency in your approach to market penetration and client engagement. This role demands a strategic mindset, excellent English Communication skills for clear and persuasive interactions, and a relentless drive to expand Specular Business's footprint.
To excel in this role, you should possess 1.0 to 3.0 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the digital services or consulting sectors. We require candidates with exceptionalEnglish Communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with a proven track record in negotiation and consistent target achievement. Proficiency in managing sales processes, along with hands-on experience using Zoho CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, is essential. A proactive andresults-oriented approach to lead generation, including comfort with cold calling, is highly valued.
