You will actively engage in customer acquisition, identifying and reaching out to prospective clients within your assigned territory, explaining our range of financial products and services clearly and persuasively. A critical part of your rolewill be conducting thorough KYC verification processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all client documentation. You will also be responsible for facilitating loan disbursement, guiding clients through the necessary steps to receive their funds promptly. Furthermore, managing loan collection activities, including regularfollow-ups and maintaining healthy repayment schedules, will be a key performance area. Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities will be essential as you build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their queries and providing ongoing support. You will utilize asmartphone and handle mobile applications proficiently for data entry, transaction processing, and reporting, ensuring efficient and accurate record-keeping. This role requires a self-starter who can manage their time effectively while working independently in the field, reporting back tothe office as required for team meetings and administrative tasks.
