Job description
We are hiring Field Officers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who enjoy fieldwork and customer interaction. Responsibilities include customer acquisition, document verification, loan processing, collections, and building strong customer relationships while achieving business targets.
Eligibility: Minimum 10th Pass | Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
Salary: ₹12,000–₹17,000/month (based on experience).

Requirements
- Up to 3 years of experience in a field-based or community-facing role.
- Proven ability in Community Engagement, interacting with clients and building relationships.
- Experience with accurate Data Collection and documentation from applicants.
- Capability for Project Monitoring, including client visits and tracking fund utilization/repayment.
- Strong skills in Reporting on field activities, client interactions, and monitoring outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse community members.
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and report generation.
- Passion for grassroots engagement and commitment to service.
- Ability to work from the office as a base for field activities.
