This role offers a competitive salary range of INR 144,000to 216,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and performance.

In this pivotal Field Officer role, your primary responsibilities will revolve around driving business growth and ensuring excellent client service. You will be instrumental in customeracquisition, actively identifying and engaging potential clients within the designated service area, and effectively communicating the benefits of Namra Finance Ltd.'s products. A significant part of your day will involve business sourcing, where you will build a robust pipeline of prospectiveborrowers and guide them through the application process. You will conduct thorough KYC verification for all new applicants, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining data integrity. Furthermore, you will manage the end-to-end process of loan disbursement, ensuring timelyand accurate release of funds to eligible clients. Post-disbursement, you will be responsible for diligent loan collection, maintaining regular contact with borrowers, addressing their queries, and facilitating timely repayments to minimize delinquencies. This role demands strong relationship buildingskills, as you will foster trust and rapport with clients, becoming their reliable point of contact for all financial needs and inquiries. You will also utilize mobile applications extensively for data entry, transaction processing, and reporting, ensuring all activities are accurately documentedand updated in real-time.
