CHAMUNDI DIE CAST PVT LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager - HR to join our dynamic team in Ranipet, Tamilnadu, India.This is a permanent, full-time position, requiring a dedicated professional to work from our office during day shift hours. The Assistant Manager - HR will be instrumental in driving various HR initiatives, ensuring a supportive and productivework environment. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of human resources functions, from talent acquisition and development to employee relations and compliance. You will be responsible for implementing best practices across the HR spectrum, directly impacting employee engagement, operational efficiency, and theoverall strategic objectives of the company. Your expertise will be vital in fostering a positive workplace culture where employees can thrive.

On a day-to-day basis, the Assistant Manager - HR will manage the full cycle of Recruitment & Selection, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent to ensure we attract and retain the best candidates. You will also be responsible for identifying Training & Development needs, coordinating and facilitating various programs, and evaluating their effectiveness to enhance employee skills and career progression. A significant part of this role involves managing Industrial Relations, addressing grievances, fostering positive labor-management relationships, and ensuring workplace harmony. You will ensure strict adherence to Legal & Statutory Compliance, maintaining accurate records, preparing for audits, and stayingupdated on relevant labor laws. Furthermore, you will support the Performance Management system, assisting with goal setting, conducting appraisal cycles, and providing constructive feedback mechanisms. Proactive Employee Relations will be key, involving addressing employee concerns, promoting engagement activities, and resolving workplace conflicts effectively. You may also contribute to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, aligning our HR practices with broader community goals. A core responsibility will be the HR Policy Formulation & Implementation, where you will develop, review, andimplement robust HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal requirements. Finally, you will oversee aspects of Payroll & Benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing while managing compensation structures and employee welfare programs.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess 7.0-8.0 years of progressive experience in human resources, demonstrating a strong track record in managing diverse HR functions. A comprehensive understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance is essential. We are looking foran individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of the organization. A relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly preferred. The annual salary for this position ranges from INR600,000 to 750,000.
