Recovery Officer

As aRecovery Officer, your primary responsibilities will involve engaging directly with customers to facilitate the recovery of overdue payments. This will include conducting extensive field collections, requiring you to visit customers at their residences or workplaces to discuss their financial situations and payment options ina professional and empathetic manner. You will be responsible for clearly explaining collection processes and recovery procedures, ensuring customers fully understand their obligations and the various solutions available to them. A crucial aspect of your role will be to leverage your strong negotiation skills toreach mutually agreeable payment arrangements, always adhering strictly to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Furthermore, you will efficiently handle a smartphone and mobile app for real-time data entry, updating customer records, tracking collection progress, and generating comprehensive reports.
