On a day-to-daybasis, the Recovery Officer will primarily focus on conducting field visits to customers within the assigned territory to initiate and follow up on collection efforts. This involves engaging in professional and empathetic customer interaction, understanding their financial situations, and effectively communicating repayment options.You will utilize your negotiation skills to discuss and agree upon viable repayment plans, striving for amicable resolutions while adhering to established collection and recovery processes. A significant part of the role involves proficient smartphone handling and mobile application handling to accurately record customer interactions, update collection statuses, and manage your daily route efficiently. Furthermore, you will be expected to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust, even in challenging situations, and apply problem-solving abilities to address customer queries or concerns related to theiraccounts. Maintaining clear communication skills with both customers and internal teams is paramount, ensuring all activities are documented and reported accurately. Your commitment to regular field travel will be essential to meet collection targets and maintain a strong presence within the community.
