As a Recovery Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and recovering outstanding dues, contributing directly to the financial health and stability of our organization while upholding our values of integrity and customer respect.The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and effective recovery through professional and ethical engagement. We offer a competitive salary package ranging from INR 144,000 to INR 216,000 per annum, reflecting your experience and contribution to our mission.Your primary responsibilities will involve actively engaging with customers to facilitate the recovery of overdue payments, employing a strategic and empathetic approach. This will include conducting FieldCollection visits to customer locations, understanding their situations, and collaboratively working towards viable repayment solutions. You will utilize your strong Communication Skills and Negotiation Skills to discuss payment plans, address customer queries, and resolve disputes effectively, always maintaining a professional demeanor during every Customer Interaction. Adherence to established Collection Processes and Recovery Processes is paramount, ensuringall activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Furthermore, you will be expected to efficiently manage and update customer information using a smartphone, demonstrating proficiency in Smartphone Handling and Mobile App Handling for real-time reporting and record-keeping. Your Interpersonal Skills will be vital in building rapport and trust, while your Problem Solving abilities will be continuously tested as you navigate various customer scenarios to achieve positive outcomes for both the customer and Namra Finance Ltd.
