Namra Finance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Recovery Officer to join our team in Begusarai, Bihar, India. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a commitment to workingfrom our office during day shifts. As a Recovery Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and facilitating the recovery of outstanding dues, contributing directly to the financial health and stability of our organization. We are looking for candidates with 0.5 to 5.0 years of relevant experience in collections or a similar field. The ideal candidate will possessexcellent communication skills, enabling clear and empathetic interactions with customers, alongside strong negotiation skills to reach mutually agreeable solutions. A solid understanding of field collection, collection processes, and recovery processes is essential. You should be adept at customer interaction, demonstrating stronginterpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach even in difficult circumstances. Furthermore, proficiency in smartphone handling and mobile app handling is required, as these tools are integral to our daily operations. A proactive attitude, a commitment to ethical practices, and a keenability to solve problems are paramount for success in this role.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve actively engaging with customers to recover outstanding payments through various channels, primarily focusing on field collection activities within the designated territory. You will be responsible formeticulously following established collection and recovery processes, ensuring all interactions are documented accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. This includes conducting regular follow-ups, negotiating payment plans, and providing clear explanations of outstanding balances and repayment options to customers.You will utilize mobile applications and other digital tools to manage your portfolio, update customer information, and track recovery progress efficiently. A key aspect of this role is to maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor during all customer interactions, striving to resolve issues whilepreserving positive customer relationships. You will also be expected to identify and escalate complex cases to senior management when necessary, contributing to a collaborative problem-solving environment.
