Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve extensive field engagement, where you will proactively identify and engage potential clients, explaining ourdiverse range of financial products and services tailored to their needs. You will be responsible for conducting thorough KYC verification processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and maintaining the integrity of our client data. A key aspect of your role will be facilitating the timely and accuratedisbursement of loans to approved applicants, guiding them through the necessary procedures with clarity and support. Furthermore, you will manage loan collection activities, working closely with clients to ensure timely repayments and providing assistance when challenges arise, fostering a relationship built on trust and mutualunderstanding. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing multiple client interactions, utilizing mobile applications for data entry and transaction processing, and consistently building a robust portfolio through effective relationship management and community outreach.

This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive annualsalary ranging from INR 144,000 to INR 216,000, commensurate with your experience and performance. You will primarily work a day shift, based out of our Pratapgarh office, with significanttime spent in the field engaging with clients.
