Recovery Officer

A foundational understanding of financial recovery processes, the ability to handle smartphone and mobile applications for work, and a commitment to ethical practices are essential for success in this role.

The Recovery Officer will be primarily responsible forexecuting field collection activities, engaging directly with customers across Dungarpur to facilitate the recovery of overdue payments. This critical role involves visiting customer locations within the designated area, explaining outstanding balances clearly and empathetically, and skillfully negotiating feasible repayment plans that alignwith both customer capabilities and company policies. You will meticulously follow established collection and recovery processes, ensuring all interactions are documented accurately and promptly using a smartphone and dedicated mobile applications for real-time updates. A significant part of your role will involve handlingcustomer queries and concerns professionally, providing solutions, and maintaining a positive relationship even in challenging situations, all while striving for successful recovery outcomes. You will also be expected to proactively identify potential risks associated with non-payment, escalate complex cases when necessary, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to optimize collection strategies and improve overall recovery rates.
