As a Recovery Officer, your primary responsibility will involve field collection activities, requiring regular travel within Bhilwara to interact directly with customers. You will be tasked with understanding their financial situations, explaining repayment options, and negotiating feasible recovery plans in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines. This will involve diligently following established collection and recovery processes, ensuring allinteractions are documented accurately using mobile applications on a smartphone. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, proactively reaching out to customers to remind them of their obligations, address their concerns, and facilitate timely payments. A key aspect of this role is maintaininga professional and empathetic approach during customer interactions, striving to resolve outstanding dues while preserving positive customer relationships.
