Namra Finance Ltd. is seeking a dedicatedand results-oriented Recovery Officer to join our team in Ambala,Barara Haryana, India. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a commitment to working from our office during day shifts. As a Recovery Officer, you will play a crucial role inmanaging and recovering outstanding dues, contributing directly to the financial health and stability of our organization.

We are looking for an individual with 0.5 to 5.0 years of relevant experience, ideally within the financial services sector. The annualsalary for this role ranges from INR 144,000 to INR 216,000, commensurate with experience and demonstrated capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach, excellent customer interaction skills, anda strong understanding of collection and recovery processes, all while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting field visits to customers to facilitate the recovery of overdue payments, requiring effective FieldCollection strategies. You will engagein direct Customer Interaction, actively listening to understand customer situations, and clearly explaining repayment options and consequences. A key aspect of this role is implementing established Collection Processes and Recovery Processes, ensuring all actions comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines. You will utilizeyour strong Negotiation Skills to discuss and agree upon viable repayment plans and settlements, aiming for mutually agreeable solutions that benefit both the customer and the company. Furthermore, you will be expected to efficiently use a smartphone and various mobile applications for tracking collections, updating customerrecords in real-time, and submitting daily activity reports, demonstrating proficiency in Smartphone Handling and Mobile App Handling. Effective Interpersonal Skills and Problem Solving abilities will be essential in navigating complex customer scenarios and resolving disputes amicably.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written, coupled with excellent Negotiation Skills and Interpersonal Skills. A proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently while also collaborating with a team is essential.
