Recovery Officer

Namra Finance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Recovery Officer to join our teamin Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. While specific prior experience in financial recovery is beneficial, we value candidates who demonstrate a keen understanding of customer interaction principles and a commitment to ethical collection processes. In this work-from-office role, your primary responsibilities will involve actively engaging with customers to resolve overdue accounts through effective field collectionstrategies. You will be responsible for contacting customers, understanding their financial situations, and skillfully negotiating viable repayment plans that align with both customer capabilities and company policies. This includes conducting regular field visits to customer locations within Udaipur and surrounding areas to facilitate directcommunication and payment collection. A significant part of your day will involve accurately documenting all interactions, payment commitments, and collection activities using our proprietary mobile applications on your smartphone, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and compliance. You will also be expected to identifyand address potential issues that may hinder recovery, offering solutions and escalating complex cases when necessary. Adherence to all regulatory guidelines and internal collection processes is paramount, ensuring that all recovery efforts are conducted ethically and professionally, while maintaining a customer-centricapproach to foster positive relationships even during challenging financial discussions. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to share insights, improve collection strategies, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our recovery operations.
