Arman Finance is seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Officer to join our team in Darbhanga, Bihar, India. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a day shiftwork arrangement. We are looking for an individual with up to three years of relevant experience who is eager to contribute to our mission and grow within a dynamic environment. The salary for this role is in the range of INR 12,000 to 17,000 per annum.

As a Field Officer, you will be a crucial link between Arman Finance and the communities we serve, playing a vital role in our operational success. Your primary responsibilitieswill involve direct engagement with our clients and stakeholders on the ground, ensuring the effective implementation and monitoring of our initiatives. We are looking for someone who excels in data collection, project monitoring, comprehensive reporting, and fostering strong community engagement. This rolerequires a self-starter who can work independently while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities designed to support our field operations. You will be responsible for conductingregular site visits to gather essential data, performing surveys, and conducting interviews to assess needs and collect feedback from beneficiaries. A key aspect of your role will involve meticulous project monitoring, tracking the progress of various initiatives, identifying potential challenges, and ensuringadherence to established guidelines and timelines. You will prepare detailed and accurate reports on your findings, documenting observations, progress, and any issues encountered, and communicate these updates effectively to relevant internal teams. Furthermore, you will actively engage with community members, building trust and rapport, explaining our financial products and services, and addressing any queries or concerns they may have. This includes facilitating workshops or informational sessions, resolving minor disputes, and acting as a primary point of contact for our field-based activities. You will also be tasked with verifying information, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our outreach programs.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess up to three years of experience in afield-based or community-facing position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective community engagement and reporting. We value individuals who are highly organized, possess excellent problem-solving abilities, and can manage their time efficiently while working autonomously.Basic computer literacy for data entry and report generation is also required.
