Recovery Officer

On a day-to-day basis, the Recovery Officer will be responsible for conducting field collection activities, which involves extensive field travel within the designated area to meet with customers. You will engage in direct customer interaction, explainingpayment options, negotiating repayment plans, and providing clear information regarding their outstanding balances. This role requires adept smartphone handling and proficiency in using mobile applications for logging interactions, updating customer statuses, and processing payments securely. You will meticulously follow established collection andrecovery processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines at all times. Furthermore, you will be tasked with identifying the root causes of payment delays, applying problem-solving skills to overcome challenges, and maintaining detailed records of all communication and collectionefforts. Your interpersonal skills will be crucial in building rapport and trust with customers, facilitating amicable resolutions while striving to achieve collection targets effectively and professionally.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with astrong aptitude for field collection and extensive field travel. Proficiency in smartphone handling and mobile application handling is essential for daily operations. This full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary ranging from INR 144,000 to 216,000 per annum.
