To excel in this role, candidates should possess a 12th Pass qualification, complemented by an ITI Certification, demonstrating a solid understanding of electrical and wiring principles. Given the nature of the work, which involves significant field activities, a valid Driving License and proficiency in two-wheeler driving are essential requirements. A strong customer-centric approach and the ability to communicate effectively are also highly valued, as you will be interacting directly with clients on a daily basis.

The core responsibilities of the Airtel Engineer and Wireman involve extensive field work, ensuring the seamless operation and installation of Airtel services for our customers. You will be primarily responsible for the installation and activation of various services, including Wi-Fi, Broadband, and DTH connections at customer premises.This includes laying and connecting wires, configuring equipment, and performing necessary tests to ensure optimal service delivery. A significant part of your day will also be dedicated to complaint resolution, diagnosing and rectifying technical issues related to connectivity, signal strength, andequipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime for users. Furthermore, you will conduct routine maintenance checks, upgrade existing systems, and provide technical support, guiding customers through basic troubleshooting steps. Adherence to safety protocols and company standards during all installations and repairs isparamount, ensuring both your safety and the integrity of the network infrastructure. Your proactive approach in identifying potential issues and implementing preventative measures will be crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and service reliability.
