As a Field Officer, your coreresponsibilities will involve actively engaging with potential and existing clients across the Hazaribagh region to expand our reach and impact. You will be at the forefront of our customer acquisition efforts, identifying and sourcing new business opportunities for various financial products tailoredto community needs, thereby contributing directly to our growth objectives. A significant part of your role will involve conducting thorough KYC verification processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and mitigating risks, before facilitating efficient and timely loan disbursement to eligible applicants, guiding themthrough each step. You will also play a critical role in managing the loan portfolio through diligent loan collection activities, working closely with clients to ensure timely repayments, address any concerns, and maintain healthy financial relationships. Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationshipswith customers is paramount; you will serve as a trusted advisor, understanding their financial needs and providing exceptional, personalized service that fosters loyalty and trust. This full-time, work-from-office position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from INR 144,000 to 216,000.
