The Field Officer plays a crucial role inexpanding our reach and ensuring the smooth delivery of financial products. Your primary responsibilities will include active customer acquisition and business sourcing, identifying potential clients and introducing them to Namra Finance Ltd.'s offerings. You will be responsible for conducting thorough KYCverification processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in client documentation. A significant part of your day will involve facilitating loan disbursement to eligible customers and diligently managing loan collection activities, ensuring timely repayments and maintaining healthy portfolio quality. This role requires strong communication skills andinterpersonal skills to build and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate financial solutions. Furthermore, you will be expected to efficiently utilize smartphone usage and mobile application handling for daily operational tasks, including data entry, transaction processing, andreporting.
