Orange Antelopes is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to join their esteemed client team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a permanent, full-time position, requiring a dedicated presence in our office during dayshift hours. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about driving sales growth and expanding market presence within a thriving industry.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in leading our sales efforts, cultivating strong client relationships, andachieving ambitious sales targets across your designated territory. We are specifically looking for candidates with over five years of progressive experience, ideally within the construction industry and building material sector. Your expertise in this domain, coupled with strong problem-solving and teamwork capabilities, will be crucial in navigating market dynamics and fostering a collaborative sales environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the Hyderabad market, ensuring alignment with Orange Antelopes' overall business objectives. You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve individual and collective goals. A significant part of your role will include identifying and actively pursuing new business opportunities, forging strong relationships with key stakeholders, contractors, architects, and dealers within the construction and building material segments. You will regularly monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches and identify areas for improvement. Furthermore, you will be tasked with preparing detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses for senior management, contributing valuable insights to strategic planning. Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and promptly addressing any client concerns or challenges will also be a core aspect of your role, demonstrating your problem-solving prowess and commitment to service excellence.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a minimum of five years of proven sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have a solid background in the construction industry/Project Sales or building material sales. A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential, alongside exceptional leadership and team management skills that foster a collaborative and productive work environment. We require individuals with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, coupledwith a deep understanding of relevant domain knowledge and the local market landscape.
