Furthermore, you will manage loan collection activities, working closely with clients to ensure timely repayments while maintaining positive relationships. This involves regular field visits, understanding client situations, andoffering appropriate solutions. Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with our customers is paramount, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. You will utilize company-provided mobile applications and smartphones for daily reporting, data entry, and managing yourclient portfolio effectively, ensuring all information is updated promptly and accurately. This full-time permanent roleoffers a competitive salary ranging from INR 144,000 to 216,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and performance.
