In this vital role, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve actively engaging in customer acquisition and business sourcing activities to identify and onboard new clients forvarious financial products. You will be responsible for conducting thorough KYC verification processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies. A key part of your duties will include facilitating loan disbursement procedures, guiding clients through the necessary steps, and meticulously managingloan collection efforts to maintain healthy portfolio performance. You will regularly utilize smartphone usage and mobile application handling skills to efficiently manage client data, process applications, and report on field activities. Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with clients will be paramount, requiringexcellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
