As a RecoveryOfficer, your primary responsibility will be to manage and execute critical Field Collection activities, engaging directly with customers across Barwani and its surrounding areas to facilitate the timely recovery of outstanding dues for Namra Finance Ltd. This dynamic role involves extensive and empatheticCustomer Interaction, where you will be expected to conduct regular field visits to customers at their specified locations, clearly explain their financial obligations, and work collaboratively to find viable and sustainable solutions for repayment. A significant part of your day will involve diligently applyingrobust Collection & Recovery Processes, ensuring all interactions are conducted with the utmost professionalism, ethical integrity, and in full compliance with both company policies and relevant regulatory guidelines. You will utilize your strong Negotiation Skills to discuss various payment plans, address customer concerns, resolve potential disputes, and ultimately secure firm commitments from customers, always striving for amicable resolutions that benefit both the customer and the company while safeguarding our financial assets. Proficiency in Smartphone Handling and adeptness with various Mobile Applications is absolutely essential, asyou will be responsible for accurately recording all customer interactions, updating account statuses in real-time, processing payments securely, and efficiently managing your daily travel route through dedicated digital platforms. Furthermore, you will leverage your exceptional Interpersonal Skills to build rapportand foster trust with customers, even in challenging or sensitive situations, and apply your keen Problem Solving abilities to identify and overcome obstacles in the recovery process, adapting strategies as needed. Extensive Field Travel within your assigned territory will be a regular and expectedpart of your routine, requiring excellent time management, strong self-discipline, and a proactive approach to managing your daily schedule and assigned portfolio. You will also be responsible for preparing comprehensive daily collection reports, escalating complex or unresolvable cases tomanagement for further action, and ensuring all customer and collection documentation is meticulously maintained and up-to-date.
