In this dynamic role, your primary responsibilities will involve engaging directly with customers to facilitate the recovery of outstanding dues. You will be responsible for conducting Field Collection activities, which includes traveling to various customer locations within Jalna to meet withclients face-to-face. A significant part of your day will involve Customer Interaction, where you will utilize your excellent Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills to understand customer situations, explain Collection & Recovery Processes clearly, and negotiate feasible repayment plans.You will employ effective Negotiation Skills to reach mutually agreeable solutions, demonstrating Problem Solving abilities to overcome challenges in the recovery process. Furthermore, you will be expected to efficiently manage your tasks using digital tools, requiring proficiency in Smartphone Handling and Mobile Application Handlingfor logging interactions, updating statuses, and generating reports. This role demands consistent Field Travel and a proactive approach to meeting collection targets while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with astrong sense of responsibility and a customer-centric approach.
