This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive annual salary ranging from INR 180,000 to 240,000. We are looking for an individual with 1.0 to 3.0 years of relevant experience who is eager to contribute to our operations in Bangalore or Hyderabad, India, working a consistentday shift.

We are searching for a proactive and technically proficient individual who possesses a strong foundational understanding of electromechanical systems, particularly within industrial pump and motor applications. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region are essential for success in this field-based role.

As a Field Service Technician, youwill be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of pumps and motors at client sites. Your day-to-day duties will involve expertly diagnosing and resolving complex electrical faults and mechanical faults, utilizing a range of diagnostic toolssuch as multimeters, clamp meters, and tachometers to ensure precise troubleshooting. You will perform routine preventative maintenance, conduct thorough inspections, and calibrate equipment, including control panels and hydraulic systems, to optimize performance and extend asset lifespan. Furthermore, you will provide comprehensive technical support and training to clients, meticulously document all service activities, and ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures on every assignment.

To be considered for this role, you should possess 1 to 3 years ofhands-on experience in field service, specifically with pumps and motors, coupled with strong troubleshooting skills for both electrical and mechanical issues.
