As a Field Officer, your core responsibilities will revolve around expanding Namra Finance Ltd.'s reach and ensuring robust client relationships. You will be instrumental in customer acquisition, actively identifying and engaging with potential clients withinthe Hapur region to introduce them to our financial products and services. A significant part of your day will involve business sourcing, where you will explore new avenues and opportunities to grow our client base and portfolio. You will meticulously conduct KYC verification processes, collecting and validating necessary documentation to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies. Furthermore, you will facilitate the smooth and timely disbursement of loans, guiding clients through the application process and explaining terms clearly. Post-disbursement, you willmanage loan collection efforts, proactively following up with clients to ensure timely repayments while maintaining a supportive and professional demeanor. Your ability to build and nurture strong relationships will be key, as you serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing theirqueries, resolving concerns, and fostering long-term loyalty to Namra Finance Ltd.

This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from INR 144,000 to 216,000, reflecting your experience and contribution.
