As a Field Officer, you will operate on a day shift, serving as the face of our organization, building trust and facilitating access to essential financial solutions for individuals and businesses.

We are looking for an enthusiasticindividual with 0 to 5 years of experience, eager to make a tangible impact. While prior experience in financial services is a plus, we welcome fresh graduates who possess strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach. Your primary responsibilities will involve activelyengaging with potential clients in the field to drive Customer Acquisition and Business Sourcing, identifying opportunities to expand our reach within the community. This includes conducting thorough KYC Verification by collecting and scrutinizing necessary documentation to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. You will be instrumental in facilitating the entire loan lifecycle, from explaining product features and assisting with application processes to overseeing Loan Disbursement and diligently managing Loan Collection efforts, ensuring timely repayments and maintaining healthy portfolio performance. Effective Communication Skills and exceptional Interpersonal Skills will be crucial asyou build and nurture strong, lasting Relationship Building with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored financial advice. Furthermore, you will be expected to proficiently utilize a smartphone for various operational tasks, demonstrating adept Smartphone Usage and efficient Mobile Application Handling fordata entry, transaction processing, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency in all your daily activities.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from INR 144,000 to 216,000, commensurate with your experience and performance.
