This is a permanent, full-time, work-from-office position, operating on a day shift schedule. We are searching for candidates with up to 5.0 years of professional experience in graphic design, who possess a strong portfolio demonstrating their creative flair and technical skills. The successful candidates will be offered a competitive annual salary rangingfrom INR 180,000 to 420,000, commensurate with their experience and capabilities. As a Graphic Designer at Orange Antelopes, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and executing a wide array of visual content across various platforms, playing a key role in shaping our brand's visual narrative. Your daily responsibilities will involve creating compelling designs that not only align with our brand identity but also effectively achieve our marketing objectives. This includes developing innovative Branding & Identity Design elements, crafting engaging Social Media Creative Designs for our diversedigital channels, and producing high-quality Print & Digital Designs for brochures, advertisements, presentations, and website assets. You will also be responsible for Advertising Creative Development, translating complex marketing briefs into visually striking and persuasive campaigns that resonate with our targetaudience. Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva will be absolutely essential for your daily tasks, enabling you to produce polished and professional work. Furthermore, the role will involve working on Motion Graphics and VideoEditing projects, adding dynamic visual elements and storytelling capabilities to our content. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure design consistency and effectiveness across all touchpoints, taking feedback constructively to refine your work and meet project deadlinesefficiently in a fast-paced environment.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a solid foundation in core Graphic Design principles, a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout, and a proven ability to translate abstract concepts intovisually appealing and effective designs. Essential skills include expertise in Graphic Design, Branding & Identity Design, Social Media Creative Design, Print & Digital Design, and Advertising Creative Development. Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva is required, along with practical experience in Motion Graphics and Video Editing.
