Your primary responsibilities will involve actively engaging with potential and existing clients in the field to drive business growth and foster financial inclusion. This includes conducting thorough KYC verificationprocesses to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and mitigate risks, meticulously collecting necessary documentation, and accurately processing loan applications using our dedicated mobile applications. You will be responsible for effective loan disbursement, ensuring funds reach beneficiaries promptly and securely, and subsequently managing loancollection activities, which requires tact, strong negotiation skills, and a customer-centric approach. A significant part of your role will involve consistent customer acquisition and business sourcing, identifying new opportunities to expand our client base and promote our diverse range of financialproducts. Furthermore, you will be expected to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, providing excellent service, and proactively addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. This role demands regular field visits, utilizing mobileapplications for efficient data entry, transaction processing, and comprehensive reporting, ensuring all activities are accurately recorded and reported in a timely and transparent manner.

This full-time permanent role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from INR 144,000 to INR 216,000, reflecting your experience and contribution.
