Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve extensive FieldCollection activities, requiring you to travel within the designated area to meet with customers directly. You will be tasked with understanding individual financial situations, applying exceptional Communication Skills andNegotiation Skills to discuss repayment options, and collaboratively developing viable solutions. A critical aspect of this role is the meticulous documentation of all customer interactions, payment commitments, and progress updates using a smartphone and dedicated mobile app, ensuring accurate record-keeping andtransparent reporting. Furthermore, you will leverage strong Interpersonal Skills and Problem Solving abilities to address customer concerns, overcome potential obstacles, and guide them through the recovery process with empathy and professionalism. Adherence to established collection processes, recovery processes, andethical guidelines is paramount in every interaction, ensuring compliance and maintaining the company's reputation.

We are looking for candidates with 0.5 to 5.0 years of relevant experience in recovery or field collection roles, demonstrating a proventrack record of effective customer engagement. This position operates on a day shift schedule, offering a competitive salary range of INR 144,000 to 216,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and performance.
