Orange Antelopes is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join ourteam in Narmadapuram, India. This is a permanent, full-time, work-from-office position where you will serve as the welcoming face and voice of our organization. We are looking for an individual who can create apositive first impression for all visitors and callers, ensuring a smooth and efficient front office operation.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess 1.0 to 3.0 years of relevant experience in a front office or administrativecapacity. A graduate degree is essential, alongside strong fluency in both Hindi and English to effectively communicate with our diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in basic computer operations, including MS Office applications, is required for daily tasks. We are looking for individuals with excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer service orientation, and proven abilities in problem-solving and multitasking within a dynamic environment. This role operates on rotational shifts, and the annual salary for this position ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 25,000.

As a Receptionist at Orange Antelopes, your primary responsibilities will involve managing the front desk and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone interacting with our office. You will be thefirst point of contact, warmly greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees, directing them appropriately, and maintaining a professional and tidy reception area at all times. A significant part of your day will involve managing incoming calls, answering inquiries, andefficiently directing calls to the correct departments or individuals, often requiring a keen understanding of our organizational structure. You will also handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring proper logging and distribution. Beyond these core duties, you will assistwith scheduling appointments and meeting room bookings, provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office records, and help manage office supplies inventory. Your proactive approach to identifying and resolving minor issues, coupled with your ability to manage multipletasks simultaneously, will be crucial in maintaining an organized and productive office environment.
