As a Customer Support Executive, your primary responsibility will involve managing incoming customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, andchat, ensuring a prompt and professional response. You will be tasked with providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers by utilizing appropriate methods and tools, guiding them through product features, and troubleshooting steps when necessary. A significant part of yourday will involve resolving product or service-related problems by meticulously clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the root cause of the issue, and then selecting and explaining the most effective solution. This will often require expediting corrections or adjustments and diligentlyfollowing up to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will be expected to maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints within our systems, contributing to our knowledge base. Collaboration with internal teams willbe essential for escalating complex issues that require specialized attention, ensuring timely and effective resolution while adhering strictly to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.

This contract / fixed-term role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from INR15,000 to 25,000, commensurate with your experience and skills.
