We are looking for candidates with 0.5 to 5.0 years of relevant experience in collectionsor recovery. The successful applicant will work a day shift and receive an annual salary ranging from INR 144,000 to INR 216,000. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of collection and recovery processes, and excellent interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in handling smartphones and mobile applications for efficient field operations and data management is also essential.

As a Recovery Officer, your primary responsibilities will involve managing and executing fieldcollection activities to recover outstanding dues from customers in a timely and professional manner. This includes conducting direct customer interactions, explaining repayment options clearly, and negotiating feasible payment plans while adhering strictly to company policies and regulatory guidelines. You will be responsible for meticulouslydocumenting all interactions and collection efforts using designated mobile applications and ensuring accurate, real-time record-keeping of all field visits and payment commitments. A key aspect of this role involves proactive problem-solving to address customer concerns, overcome obstacles to recovery, and identify root causes of delinquency, always maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. You will also be expected to identify and escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior management, contributing valuable insights to improve overall recovery strategies and minimize non-performingassets. Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills are paramount to building rapport, maintaining positive customer relationships even in challenging situations, and ultimately achieving positive outcomes in the recovery process.
