The core responsibilities of a Recovery Officer involve actively managing and executing field collection activitiesfor overdue accounts within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for engaging professionally and empathetically with customers to understand their financial situations, providing guidance, and negotiating viable repayment plans that align with company policies and customer capabilities. This includes conducting regular fieldtravel within Bijnor to meet customers face-to-face, building rapport, and resolving payment-related issues effectively. A significant part of your role will involve adhering strictly to established collection and recovery processes, ensuring all interactions are documented accuratelyand ethically. You will utilize mobile applications and smartphones for efficient route planning, real-time data recording of customer interactions, and seamless communication with the office. Furthermore, you will be expected to address customer queries and concerns with a problem-solvingmindset, offering appropriate solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance. Your daily tasks will also include preparing and submitting regular reports on collection efforts, progress, and any challenges encountered, contributing directly to the financial health and operational efficiency ofNamra Finance Ltd.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent Communication Skills and strong Negotiation Skills, coupled with a solid understanding of Field Collection techniques and Customer Interaction best practices. Familiarity with Collection & Recovery Processes is beneficial, and proficiency in Smartphone Handling and Mobile Application Handling is essential for daily operations.
