Altura Labz is seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Executivesspecializing in IT Sales. This is a permanent, full-time remote position based in India, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth from anywhere within the country. We are looking for candidates with 1.0 to 3.0 years of relevant experience who are eager to make a significant impact during day shift hours. We have three openings available for this dynamic role, with a competitive salary range of INR 250,000 to 750,000 per annum.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding Altura Labz's client base and driving revenue growth within the IT sector. We are searching for proactive professionals with a proven track recordin Business Development and Sales, demonstrating strong capabilities in Lead Generation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent Communication Skills, sharp Negotiation Skills, and compelling Presentation Skills, enabling them to articulate the value of our IT solutions effectively. Your ability to work independentlyand thrive in a remote environment will be crucial to your success in this role.
Your core responsibilities will revolve around identifying and cultivating new business opportunities for Altura Labz's IT services. This will involve comprehensive Market Research to pinpointpotential clients and industry trends, followed by strategic Lead Generation efforts. You will actively engage in various outreach methods, including targeted LinkedIn Outreach campaigns to connect with key decision-makers, crafting persuasive Upwork Proposals to secure project opportunities, and executing effectiveCold Calling strategies to initiate conversations with prospective clients. A significant part of your day will be dedicated to understanding client needs, presenting tailored IT solutions, and skillfully negotiating contracts to close deals. Furthermore, you will be expected to build and maintain robustrelationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for repeat business and referrals, all while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements
