We are specifically looking foran individual with 0.5 to 5.0 years of relevant experience in financial collections, possessing a robust understanding of established collection and recovery processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional Communication Skills and strong Negotiation Skills, which are absolutely essentialfor effective Customer Interaction and successful Field Collection activities. Proficiency in Smartphone Handling and Mobile App Handling is also a key requirement, as these technological tools are integral to our daily operational efficiency and accurate record-keeping. This vital role offers a competitive annualsalary ranging from INR 144,000 to 216,000, which will be commensurate with your experience, proven capabilities, and performance.

Your primary responsibilities will involve actively engaging with customers tofacilitate the timely recovery of overdue payments. This includes conducting regular, scheduled field visits to customers' locations, where you will empathetically assess their financial situations and discuss viable repayment options. You will be adept at negotiating feasible repayment plans, always ensuringstrict adherence to company policies, ethical guidelines, and relevant regulatory frameworks, all while striving to maintain positive and constructive customer relationships. A critical aspect of this role involves meticulously documenting all interactions, collection activities, and payment arrangements using our dedicated mobile applications, thereby ensuring accurate record-keeping, transparent reporting, and compliance.
