As a Field Officer, you will be the direct link between Namra Finance Ltd. andour valued customers, embodying our commitment to financial inclusion and community development. We are looking for an individual with a strong drive for Customer Acquisition and Business Sourcing, someone who thrives on building trust and fostering lasting relationships within the community. Your ability toconnect with people, understand their financial needs, and introduce them to suitable products will be crucial in this role, contributing directly to our growth and impact.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and dynamic, requiring a proactiveapproach and excellent organizational skills. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting initial outreach, and guiding them through the application process for various financial products. This includes performing thorough KYC Verification to ensure compliance and mitigate risks, meticulously collecting and verifying allnecessary documentation. A crucial part of your role will involve facilitating seamless Loan Disbursement to approved applicants and diligently managing Loan Collection efforts, ensuring timely repayments and maintaining healthy portfolio performance. Effective Communication Skills and strong Interpersonal Skills are paramount as you will regularlyinteract with customers, explain product features, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise. Furthermore, you will leverage Smartphone Usage and demonstrate proficiency in Mobile Application Handling for data entry, transaction processing, and reporting, ensuring efficient and accurate operationsin the field.
