Recovery Officer

This will include conducting efficient field collection activities, requiringadept smartphone handling and proficiency in using mobile apps for accurate data entry and reporting. You will be expected to utilize exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, understanding their situations and explaining repayment options clearly and respectfully. A significant part ofyour day will involve applying strong negotiation skills to reach mutually agreeable payment solutions, adhering strictly to established collection processes and recovery processes. Furthermore, you will be tasked with identifying and addressing customer concerns, employing robust problem-solving abilities to overcome obstacles andensure successful recovery outcomes. Your proactive customer interaction will be key to building trust and ensuring a smooth resolution process, all while meticulously documenting every interaction and progress update.

We are looking for candidates with 0.5 to 5.0years of relevant experience in collections, recovery, or customer-facing roles within the financial sector. A strong understanding of local demographics and a commitment to ethical practices are highly valued. The annual salary for this position ranges from INR 144,000 to INR 216,000, commensurate with your experience and capabilities.
