Your primary responsibilities will involve comprehensive customer acquisition and business sourcing efforts, actively identifying potential clients within the Nawada region and introducing them to Namra Finance Ltd.'s diverse range of financial products and services. This includes conductingthorough KYC verification processes, meticulously collecting and verifying client documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accuracy for all new applications. You will be instrumental in the entire loan lifecycle, from assisting clients with application procedures and explaining terms, to facilitating smooth loandisbursement processes, ensuring funds reach beneficiaries efficiently. A critical aspect of your role will be diligently managing loan collection activities, proactively following up with clients, addressing any concerns, and ensuring timely repayments to maintain a healthy portfolio performance. Exceptional communication skills areparamount as you will regularly interact with clients, explain complex product features in simple terms, address queries, resolve minor issues, and build a strong foundation of trust. Strong interpersonal skills will enable you to forge lasting relationships within the community, fostering loyalty, encouraging referrals, and enhancing Namra Finance Ltd.'s local presence. Furthermore, you will be expected to proficiently utilize a smartphone for daily operations, demonstrating adept smartphone usage and mobile application handling for real-time data entry, transaction processing, client record updates, and generating field reports. This role demands a proactive approach to relationship building, continuously nurturing connections with clients and local stakeholders to enhance Namra Finance Ltd.'s reputation and market penetration in the region. You will also be responsiblefor maintaining accurate records of all field interactions, preparing regular reports on your activities and progress, and actively contributing to individual and team targets.
