We are looking for an individual with 0.5 to 5.0 years of relevant experience incollections or field recovery, who possesses a strong understanding of collection and recovery processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in handling smartphones and mobile applications for fieldcollection activities is essential, as is a solid grasp of interpersonal skills to build rapport and effectively interact with customers. Your ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy will be key to your success in this role.

Your primary responsibilities willinvolve actively engaging with customers to facilitate the recovery of overdue payments for various financial products. This will include conducting field visits to customer locations within Panipat and surrounding areas, initiating direct communication to understand their financial situations, and collaboratively working towards viable repaymentsolutions. You will be responsible for explaining payment terms, outlining the consequences of non-payment, and negotiating realistic repayment schedules that align with both customer capabilities and company policies. A significant part of your role will involve meticulously documenting all interactions and collectionefforts using our dedicated mobile applications, ensuring accurate record-keeping and transparent reporting. Furthermore, you will be expected to identify and address customer concerns, resolve disputes, and provide guidance on payment options, all while adhering strictly to ethical collection practices andregulatory guidelines. Your proactive approach to managing a portfolio of accounts, coupled with your ability to consistently meet recovery targets, will be vital in maintaining a healthy loan portfolio for Namra Finance Ltd.

This full-time, permanent role offers acompetitive annual salary ranging from INR 144,000 to INR 216,000, commensurate with your experience and demonstrated capabilities.
