The Recovery Officer will be responsible for managing and executing field collection activities to recover outstanding payments from customers. This involves traveling extensively within Sambhal and surrounding areas to engage directly with customers, understanding their financial situations, and negotiating viable repayment solutions. You will utilize your strong negotiation skills to discuss payment plans, address customer queries, and resolve disputes in a professional and empathetic manner, always adhering to established collection and recovery processes. Asignificant part of your day will involve accurate record-keeping and updating customer accounts using dedicated mobile applications on a smartphone, ensuring all interactions and outcomes are meticulously documented. You will also be tasked with identifying and escalating complex cases to senior management, collaboratingwith the team to devise effective strategies. Maintaining a positive relationship with customers while ensuring the timely recovery of funds is crucial, requiring a blend of assertiveness and understanding. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from INR 144,000 to 216,000, reflecting your commitment and contributions.
