You will be responsible for efficiently managing collection processes and recovery processes, utilizing modern tools such as smartphone handling andmobile app handling to accurately record all interactions, update customer information, and track progress in real-time. This includes documenting payment commitments, follow-up schedules, and any specific customer concerns. Furthermore, you will be expected to identify and addresspotential issues proactively, employing robust problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles in the recovery process. Maintaining meticulous records, preparing regular reports on collection status, and collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve complex cases are also integral parts of the day-to-day duties. Your ability to manage a portfolio of accounts effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication, will be crucial for success in this role.
